Your stay at Kili View Maasai Lodge directly contributes to the empowerment of Maasai women. The lodge is staffed by women from the Maasai Women's Network, with the help of the non-profit organization Jengo in Denmark, ensuring that your visit supports local employment and skills development. The profits generated are channeled back into the community, providing capital for the steering committee to lend small funds to women groups. These funds help women start their own businesses, purchase cattle, and improve their livelihoods.
