At Kili View Maasai Lodge, our mission is to create a sustainable and socially responsible tourism experience that benefits both our guests and the Maasai community. We are dedicated to supporting the Maasai Women’s Network, which comprises over 2,500 women who have participated in capacity-building training programs since 2018.

Microloans

Profits from the lodge are reinvested into these training programs and the Community Micro-bank, which is managed by a women’s steering committee. This micro-bank provides small loans to women groups, enabling them to start their own businesses and purchase cattle.
